Dear Parents,

Please take note with immediate effect, if your child is not able to attend their class on that particular week, a written / printed proof is required. ( E.g. MC, Notice from an Institution, bereavement etc).

Otherwise, a make-up class will not be arranged.

A maximum of 2 make-up classes in a month is permitted.

I would appreciate an advance payment of fee ( via bank transfer)
before the 1st session of each month.
